Hong Leong Group

Sims Drive Residences is a completely new luxury development zone along Sims Drive, District 14 next to the Sims Urban Oasis and is part of the Geylang planning area. The development was developed by a joint venture between Hong Leong Group and CDL Group. There are many facilities around this area, including Aljunied Metro, about 400 meters away.
